Here is a splash page I did for the upcoming Planet Mercenary RPG book from Howard and Sandra Taylor. It's set in the world of Howard's amazingly fun and award winning comic strip Scholck Mercenary. Check it out here: www.schlockmercenary.com
This is a scene with two apposing mercenary crews who are both getting ready to try and surprise whomever is on the other side of that wall of boxes.
It was actually a lot of fun trying to come up with a little story that can be told all in one image.
I'd love feedback on what you think works, what you think doesn't work as well.

This was one of my favourites from the book, it felt like you really 'got' not just the aesthetics of the universe but its tone as well. Really good job!
